For World Superbike Championship (WSBK) events, grandstand seating operates differently compared to other series. The seats are not reserved but are open to all ticket holders on a first-come, first-served basis. This gives fans the freedom to explore different grandstands throughout the event, ensuring diverse views and an opportunity to soak in the action from various iconic sections of the Assen circuit.
The Hoofd Grandstand, the main grandstand at Assen, is the circuit’s only covered seating area, providing maximum comfort, ample space, and protection from the weather. With a prime view of the main straight, it’s the perfect spot to experience the adrenaline of the pre-race grid, the thrilling race start, and the finish under the chequered flag.

The Haarbocht Grandstand, one of the circuit’s newest additions, offers seating for 10,000 passionate fans. From this prime location, spectators are treated to an exhilarating view of the high-stakes first corner and the heart-pounding action that unfolds just after the race starts. Combining modern comfort with unrivalled views, it’s the perfect spot to witness the intensity as it all kicks off.
Positioned on the outer edge of the circuit between the first two turns, the Strubben Grandstand offers fans a thrilling spot to witness key moments of the race. Turn 1 is notorious for tight, close-quarters battles, making this a prime overtaking zone where action is practically guaranteed.
The TT World Grandstand offers fantastic views of the first set of corners, where riders jostle for position right after the start. It’s a prime spot to witness the intense action as they tackle these challenging turns. The atmosphere is electric, with the sound of roaring engines and cheering fans all around.
An open-air grandstand provides clear views of Turns 1 through 3. Surrounded by other stands in the same area, it creates a vibrant, stadium-like atmosphere.
The Stekkenwal Grandstand sits on the outer edge of the track at the renowned Stekkenwal turn, one of the circuit's most thrilling sections. This area is known for its challenging corners leading up to the back straight, promising plenty of intense race moments for fans. Note that the seats are integrated directly into the grassy area.
An open grandstand is positioned on the straight between Turns 8 and 9. From here, you can watch as riders skillfully manoeuvre through the curves of Turns 7 and 8 before powering down the short straight and hitting the brakes hard as they approach Turn 9.
An open-air grandstand offering a spectacular view of the high-speed, technical section from Turns 15 to 18. This vantage point captures the intensity of the action as riders tackle one of the most challenging parts of the circuit. The atmosphere is electric, with fans buzzing as they witness daring manoeuvres through this rapid sequence of corners.
Designed to create a unique "floating" effect, this grandstand offers ample seating with an exceptional view of the famous Geert Timmer chicane. Despite the increased space, fans remain close to the track, ensuring they don’t miss any of the thrilling final corner action.
